It is: 2016!
Hellooooo, reader! What's up? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know, I know--I should just get to the blog post, right? Okay, fine. Today's topic, my friend, is school! All about it--mine AND yours. Let us start with mine. As you know, I started school last Tuesday. A week ago, to be exact. And I LOVE it! Here's my class schedule: Math Fluency ELA/English STEM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or Spanish (Tuesday, Thursday) Sustained Silent Reading Social Studies/Humanities Lunch Art (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or Gym (Tuesday, Thursday) Science Math Dismissal My favorite subject is STEM. That's Science/Technology/Engineering/Math for those of you who've never heard of it. Also known as DI, or Destination Imagination. Does it ring any bells? And now, for our book review--Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt! Angela's Ashes is a memoir that follows Frank McCourt's childhood in poverty in Ireland. It's a heavy book, for sure, but a pretty good one. Someone who enjoys memoirs, biographies, or historical fiction would probably enjoy this book. It's definitely not a book for kids! Frank McCourt had a very sad, harsh childhood, which is what makes the story very heavy. Don't go into it expecting fluff, happily ever afters, or a sweet little childhood story, because your hopes will be dashed VERY quickly! Overall, a dark, interesting story. 3.75 stars. Lastly, our song--Fight For What's Right by the Rua!

Hey Bree! Unfortunately, I have not gotten my hands on Let It Snow yet, but when I do get it I will definitely review it! If you have any other suggestions, I'll gladly take them :)
